Loot Legendary Fish

After the update, will legendary fish give loot? I think I remember that they were broken in previous versions and I was wondering if that will be fixed in the update. Thanks!

I agree if they do not drop fame or legend weapons no need to be catching these big boys it is a waste of time and effort as far as i am concerned.

I never noticed there was anything unusual about the legendary fish, they never dropped loot items in POTCO either. I like them the way they are. They're an obscure challenge and collection to work on. With no legendaries dropping it keeps casual fishermen from completing the collection and makes it more special to have them all.

... as far as I remember they had the best loot... I certainly remember getting loot from one, unless I am mistaken

I only recall gold as the reward, I assume the same amounts as in TLOPO.

Oh ok. Don't remember that. I don't know why I thought you got loot too
