Question Logining In

So I was told to reinstall the launcher but I am unable to login on the website plz help
I get this error msg which makes sense

An error has occurred:
Ye're trying to login from a new location. Please check yer email.

but when I check my email nothings there​

the one where I get all my forum emails and news updates
