When you click on your name, look to where it says messages. The number of messages is how many posts you have made in threads. For example, I have posted 954.

Alright, I have to admit ... I can't wait for anybody to hold an event/game "on the Forums" to celebrate the 100K-th post, so I will have one (not on the game, Red ... you can do that one, if you would like to. I hope you wouldn't mind? ).
