Glitch Loot Pouch Glitch?

Hey, I was wondering if this is a glitch, or if I am just really lucky?

Does it happen alot? Have you seen it before?

probably got lucky. never happened to me before.

Lucky, doesn't happen too often from what I've seen.
People have gotten famed/legendary from pouches though.

Not a glitch people even get famed from loot pouches such as lucky people like me

Eh, it's still not very likely so I'd take my chances and just skip them.. but hey you never know.

Whenever I get bright or dark black clothes it's usually in a loot pouch if you you like bright and dark black don't skip them.
