Glitch Magenta Ostrich Hat of Raven Cove

So for one of the quests for helping the ghosts of Raven Cove, you need to play some undead poker. The goal is to win 650 in one sitting, with an added bonus for winning 5000 gold, which is the Magenta Ostrich Hat. It is only obtainable via this quest and is a one time only prize. I had just completed both the bonus and the quest, only to learn I was not rewarded my much deserved prize. Firstly I posted this to notify others, you have been warned, it is glitched. Secondly, I wish to know if I could have it bestowed upon me as I had rightfully earned it.

Your best bet is to contact support through the game. They might see it here but this is not the main support channel for the game.

No worries, I was just trying to help you out. I know whenever I have gotten them to fix issues it was through the in-game support. I did not get any extra items for the Raven's Cove quests but I knew there was a bug so I did not even try for the additional items.
