Make higher-level undead ships spawn as flagships sometimes

I always felt it a little weird for only the spanish undead ships being strictly warships, and to represent the undead ship class specifically- I've always though it'd be cool to see a Death Omen to sometimes spawn as a really tough warship fight.

A warship class skeleton ship?? Seems like a interesting idea.

I used to think the Phantom and Revenant ones were always going to be flag ships - shows you what I know xD. But yeah, this is a good idea.
