Glitch Malicious accounts

Me and some other people have been affected by accounts logins that are meant to break every count on your computer. So basically someone will trick you into putting in a login information into your client get you to break your accounts. currently no fix or anything not even making a new account. Just a little warning hope it gets fixed soon.

If I were you I'd email them to bring it to their attention incase they dont already know [email protected] :)

Personally I wouldn't trust anyone that you don't know, especially those that are telling you to put THEIR info into your computer, because who would want someone else to know their own account info. I know I wouldn't want someone else knowing my user and password.

The only way that I can see this happening...is if someone said "Hey, I'm going on vacation. Even though you don't know me very well, could you enter this information into your account & password...so you can log into My Account and make sure on one steals my stuff/deletes my account? Thanks" MUhahahahaaaaa. OR "Hey, you want to play a really high character? Just to see how it works? I have an extra account! Give me your account name & password and you'll be able to play my high level character!"

Either scenario...don't trust them. If you do, you get what you deserve, IMHO. I guess I don't curry favour to people who've been warned about online scams and accounts being hacked...but then do dumb things and then complain that they did a dumb thing.

Possible answer; someone online whom intent is to deceive/whom is being malicious in scope (or perhaps both).

It's similar in my opinion to the thought of not opening JUNK EMAIL. Would you willingly expose your personal information online or jeopardize your own computer system by clicking on random junk email? :hypno: :type: ~ Who's to say said email (or 'game' log-in information) isn't loaded with all sorts of (executable) bugs or nasty viruses to which later cause you, and all of your contacts, much heartache and havoc?

Don't be deceived, ye pirates! Account log-in information for you needs to be guarded and it needs to be guarded well almost like SCARY MARY guards her own meds./medication prescriptions.
:pirate:
*Don't become a victim (nor a fool) of such avoidable practice!
