[META] Add a dislike option on the forums.

I got this idea, and figured I should share.
I post a lot of controversial threads and comments, and how am I supposed to dab on them haters if I don't have any?

What? You expect me to read negative replies? Nobody on this forum reads!

So anyways, add a dislike option so we can all dab on the haters!
