Minecraft Server JARs

Does anyone know of a decent server JAR that supports Bukkit plugins but works with the 1.8.* versions of minecraft? I tried glowstone, but it doesnt support my plugins correctly.

If anyone knows of anything, just post

I wouldn't use Bukkit. Use Spigot.

Yes, Bukkit plugins are compatible with Spigot.

I'm doing something wrong.. I followed the instructions for buildtools, however I don't get a server jar... lol instead I get jars for who knows what xD

The jars will be under C:\Users\%Username%\Spigot\Spigot-Server\target

I always pick the one that just says "SNAPSHOT" - spigot-1.8.7-R0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
