Minimap redone possible?

Hello,so in the beginning of the game,we get Jack Sparrow's compass by Tia Dalma,and I notice with my guildmate,that its just showing North...isn't Jack's compass only had West,East and South,and can it be done in the way it should be?

I don't think that what we have is Jack Sparrow's compass. We get a compass, but not his. Tia Dalma mentions to our character that we have a role to play in some greater destiny. I think the compass points to what we need, not what we want.

Ours is very similar with the shape, color even, but it's not Jack's. As Tereysa said, his points to what he wants. Ours is pointing to what we needed, which that depends on which quest we've selected for it to follow in the Journal.

Most compasses have just the N at the top for orientation of where to adjust your compass to WHEN the needle finds north.
