Put Mood Rock, Mood Stone, Sister Stone, and Mood Boulder all in Forsaken Shallows, surrounded by mini-Mood Rocks for us to stand on. Those who worship there for a long time will have their clothes change color and get unlimited Ghastly Visage. If a person stands there long enough, they might be lucky and their clothes could turn into brights or darks. Then they can thank the Mood family for their new brand new Dark Black Sack Vest or whatnot.
