It happened quite a few times for me, having full health (I took my tonic right before I got knocked 0ut), but why did I still get k.o.-ed ... glitchy ... Maybe it's all about the "timing". Btw, somebody did revive me. But had I been away from my crew, nobody would have not known that I was knocked out, cause I had full health!
