My game time disappeared

Howdy. I reserved a game time this morning for 9pm eastern tonight but it no longer exists. Is this a result of the updates?

Go to tlopo.com/playtimes/ and make sure that either it just says cancel your playtime or you need to schedule one.

I heard the update has been causing some funny issues with the playtimes, @Cheysa Finn might be able to help.

The theory is that PlayTimes may have been affected while the system was overhauled earlier today.

I am sorry that your PlayTime is missing, assuming that is the cause. You should be able to schedule another.

I reserved 9 pm early this morning but when I attempted to log onto the game it didn't recognize my time. I went to the reserve page and it shows full. Just wondering if it disappeared as a result of the update. I'll try again.
