As of yesterday, as I stated in the loot thread, I found all ten jackets in the game. While I don't have a screenshot of my first, my dark black jacket from very early POTCO, I will instead attach the earliest picture I have of me wearing it with my level visible, even though it was taken about a week after I found it.
