Idea Navy Bastion

Just happened to be reading the wiki article about the navy bastion and thought: this should be added back in TLOPO. It would be really cool and would add a challenge for high lvl players, plus could give some pretty good loot. Especially since it's a galleon, it would make sense for it to have a lot of loot.

I'd want this in the game, especially if @divine's suggestion for a Level 60 Cap (here) is implemented, the new level 60 pirates need a new challenge.

Yes, it could definitely match well with a new lvl cap
