Not sure if there already was a thread on this, so I thought I'd create one.
Every time a mission (especially the grenade one) tasks me with killing navy veterans, they start teleporting through the walls when I try to kill them. This has happened frequently at Fort Charles, and the fort in Padres Del Fuego. Sometimes, I can walk away, and they'll just randomly pop back, and I can kill them, but most times I have to run all the way up the ramparts to find and kill them.
Just thought I'd report this.
