Request Nearby Pirates

When sailing and I am on my ship and a friendly person that is not on your friends list is in there ship side by side you can not see them in nearby pirates can you guys add that option.

Nearby on ships is currently only the people on board your ship.. Which I don't think you should see people on other ships via nearby..
