Announcement Need a Key? Say no More!

Heya guys, here's my entry.
I had a couple of ideas in mind when I started to work on the design for the key. I knew was gonna pick a pirate element such as a compass, a cutlass or a pistol but in the end I decided to mix em all up until I ended up with a rough sketch that I liked:

Then I checked out the tattoo designs made for the original POTCO and tried to mimic it's style as faithfully as I could so it would fit well into the game.

I did my best to clean it up in photoshop and it took a couple tries but there it is!
 
Aight, so this one time my friend and I (you oldies might know him as Robert Stormtimbers) were out on Ravens Cove. I am still barely level 20 so I am not even holding my own against the Rage Ghost who swarms all who enter (JUST BY HIMSELF!) I'm freaking out whilst Robert is coolly sizing up the situation... and then it happened.
When the Rage Ghost put me out for the count, I started seeing my life flash before my eyes... the life of a pirate was truly grand and I was ever happy for the chance to meet the legendary Jack Sparrow and still haunted by Jolly Rodger-
Or something like that. My body was actually flying upwards for about no good reason, and Robert just laughed his sides off as I floated off into the sky, and I was frustratingly trying to get my runaway body back! The death symbol of where to return followed it, until it went out of the play area and I couldn't even see the icon anymore!
Needless to say, I had to restart my game. Ah well, vous gagnez Rage Ghost.
 
Oh Geez man, I tried my best, but honestly, my picture looks awful.

P.S I had to draw this with a keyboard and mouse, and I didn't use any clip art/stolen images in my picture. Stolen images eliminates a lot of posts I saw in this thread.

Ahoy, I got ye an hilarious tale!
Listen to it with a bucket of ale;
It be only a few days back
A few hours into fishing, I was startin to slack
Fishing out at sea, falling asleep
Suddenly, the music began to creep
Then it roared, and gave me a fright!
Just past midnight, and it was time for a fight!
I didn't expect to see some fish named "Speedy Lou"
But it appeared the tales to be true!
I was still very tired
But the beast, I still acquired.
Of course, I set it back out to sea
Now I told this tale while I already have a beta key,
So if I won, I'd give it to a friend to let them see.
 
This is my key.... I tried my best. A funny moment I remember was that I was leveling up my sword using the Nautilus blade (this was a few hours after I got the blade from El Patrons cursed weapons quest) and I'm leveling up in Cursed Caverns killing Thralls, then I come across one that has half health. So I kill it and it drops bitter end (Famed Cursed Sabre that I actually wanted after I got Nautilus) and I was really suprised and dying because I had said earlier "what if I actually get something famed from these guys" There's that

Beta Keys are as rare as Legendary Weapons nowadays, aren't they? Well, not today! The Crew has designed a contest that will award 10 players with Beta Keys!

In order to enter, all you have to do is post one of the following on this thread
(entries only, please do not post questions here):

a) A drawing of an item for the Keepers of the Code guild, preferably a key. The best drawing will become both a sail emblem and a tattoo that will be shown off by Game Masters in-game! Other 4 winners will win a key.
The drawing must be in black and white.

*Original works only, entries copied from Google Images will be disqualified

b) Tell us about a funny experience you’ve had in-game! Make us cry from laughter!
300 words maximum or a video no longer than 3 minutes.

5 winners will be chosen for both the drawing contest and the story.

Accounts with serious or repeat violations of our Terms of Service are ineligible. Winners will be announced on June 24th, 2017!

A pirate usually ends ups spending some time in the clink. I was on a ship with a lame captain who sent us all to Davy Jones Locker. As I was struggling to get off my back in the prison cell lo and behold a lady pirate landed right in my cell. Not all me prison experiences have been so lucky. Try as she might she couldn't kick the cell door open - she was a prisoner with me in the cell and freaking out. Nothing worse than a hysterical lady locked in a cell with you and she was in no mood for conversation so I kindly obliged and kicked the door open for her. I don't know who was happier to get out. lol
 
Thank you SO much for resurrecting this wonderful game, all of your hard work and for the opportunity to take part in this contest! I wanted to do something kind of special that was also a tribute to the game... And YOU ALL! So I've come up with a key design that incorporates tons of fun elements. The Skull and Crossbones, a gold coin, a flintlock pistol, a cutlass and incorporated your logo into the 'teeth' of the key. TLOPO. I do have several photos of the work in progress just in case there was a question about it. Thank you again for the opportunity to get a key! VERY exciting!
