Glitch Never ending loading screen after porting.

I get this a lot too. You should check your inventory before porting though. Sometimes even if you crash or get the infinite loading screen, you still can get the gold and/or materials!
 
I get this way too often. Especially if I am out on my own War Sloop. But almost 50% of all runs I am on end this way. So annoying. It REALLY needs to be fixed.
 
same here, its the most frustrating thing in the world, its so easy to fix yet its been months and this glitch is still present, WHY TLOP? WHY? FIX IT ALREADY!!!! i could have had 500k easily by now but NOOOOOO my game has to freeze 24/7 after docking and now im stuck with a miserable 10k gold, its like they want us to not get gold and be addicted to trying to get money to buy that war brig of our dreams!
 
This has only rarely happened to me before.
It's not a common thing that happens every 2 times i dock, More say every 20 times.
Not sure if there's a fix to this or not though, and yes, I do hope the devs will fix this in the future.
 
You're not the only one who's been affected by this glitch, however I only encounter this 4 in 10 times I want port. I've said this before and I'll say this before; the only way to overcome this bug rationally is patience.

As for this, the TLOPO team has worked extremely hard in order to bring the game back to us, and I don't think complaining and using rudimentary sarcasm is the best way for us to show our thanks/gratefulness to the team. If this bug is so easy to fix, I would like to see you do something about it; instead of complaining about it.

Only thing I have found that helps In this loading Issue Is to Release the wheel , move back and then retake the wheel to Port , It's Not by all means a 100 % Fix but It helps alot ! P.S. DO NOT port a Moving ship , More like to have Issues !
 
Whenever I go to dock my ship, the game freezes on the loading screen. Don't get the loading bar or anything and according to Task Manager, the program is running properly. I seem to have this problem whenever I try to dock anymore after getting full cargo - either with my ship or on someone else's.. :(
 
I would rather see them work on this glitch and get it fixed than adding new content. I love this game and thank the devs for the wonderful work they do but it gets disheartening when you have a full material run and cannot collect everything at the end because you get hung up in this glitch. Sailing is a big part of the game so I hope this becomes a priority cause many of us would truly appreciate it being fixed.

The "bug fixing team" and the development team are two separate groups. The progress of one does not affect the progress of the other. This has been stated various times by multiple TLOPO staff.
 
I've had this happen a lot to me also, but one time when I ported and it looked like the 'infinite loading screen', I went afk 15 minutes and it actually was loaded when I came back. I always wait longer now before I X-out.

That is frustrating sometimes, but it's a good thing we're patient game testers ;)
