These, as with most speculated content, came from files. There is nothing that suggests that these will ever be released. They are VERY old, most likely a scrapped idea.

The first one looks like it would look good on a Copperhead, 2nd, FortuneHunter/Firestorm, 3rd, Stormchaser/Firestorm, 4th... SkullandCrossbones or Stormchaser...
I'd get the last one on a Skull and Bones... Talk about undead epicosity
