and how do u know this? I did not read it anywhere... I know on the test server we had new clothes for January.

Yea it's on Test but I previewed all the outfits on POTCO wiki. So far, they've all been correct.

January 2011 Is Emerald Duelist month. The outfit looks kinda cheesy but it could work.

Yes! Rum should definitely be inolved. It would not be a black corset party without it.
