I recently saw someone with new hair. It's not in boutique so where is it? I also saw a black bonnet hood with long dress. Where are these things? I never get anything good in drops from sailing :(

I'm assuming you're referring to female clothing and hair styles.

Now, if it was green hair... you can still have that color once purchased during that event time. My pirate has green hair. I've not changed it since I purchased it when it was first released on TLOPO.

Please look at those styles and let us know if you find what you saw listed on the wiki.

There are multiple long skirts that can be purchased in various places or even looted in game. And there are event cloths that can be purchased in the Hollowed Woods tailor's shop.
