Glitch No Grenade Quest

I had the issue with Doll and Dagger quests and I received them upon leveling up a weapon. I also re logged before I leveled up a weapon both times. Try that, and I hope it fixes the problem for now!

Did you level up anything at all between the time you didn't have it and the time you did?
 
I was logged pretty much all day yesterday on and off, levelling up fishing, in between doing chores at home as it was my day off work. I hadn't realised the grenade quest was supposed to come at lvl 20, so I wasn't looking for it. I only noticed it in the evening when I was questing.

That said its quite likely that I would have gone up at least 1 level in fishing in between, since I went from lvl12-lvl17 fishing during the day.

I tried re-logging in several times and also restarting client. That didn't work so I just ignored it and joined some public ships to level my cannon. I crashed while I was doing this and the quest was in my journal after that. Working on it right now.

Did you level up cannon at all?
