Question Non-TLOPO tech issue

Often when i'm playing a game, i get thrown to my desktop from the game, but the game is still open in the toolbar (Exactly what happens when you press ctrl + esc). This happens a few times per hour, and has happened a couple times in a critical moment resulting in a sunk ship in TLOPO or a lost round in CSGO.
And sometimes i see about 2" by 4" window flashing when it happens, but it goes away before i see what it is.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

I have a gaming laptop with Windows 10. And i have only Windows Defender as my "antivirus", because i have nothing important on my PC. And it has done numerous inspenctions without any results.

I would like to bump once before sleep. Maybe twice, who knows.

This is probably a program running in the background minimizing your game. Usually anti viruses are the culprits.
