so i scheduled a play time for december, 15th, at 7:00 but low and behold apparently its no longer a thing. i got the message saying that was my playtime and to wait until then to play but it isnt here anymore. im definitely not happy right now...

..."playtime" is an option they didn't have to provide really, to anyone.

Does it still say it is reserved, or does it give you the option to reschedule a time? If it still says it's reserved, I'd say you accidentally set it for a different timezone (it goes by the timezone set on your computer).

Nah, I'd just reschedule. Be sure to not refresh your page while it's loading, and check your email and make sure it confirmed your timeslot.

Available PlayTimes are listed in the timezone that you have your computer set to. Double check that your computer's time zone matches the time zone that you are actually in and also that your computer's time display is correct. If the those both match, then you will be able to log in at the time you scheduled. If not, you may miss a portion of your PlayTime.
