Notoriety/weapon level higher?

Should Disney increase Notoriety and weapon level?

I would like to be able to get potions to level 30 and fishing to level 30.

I would also like higher sword, cannon, sailing, grenade, doll, and gun increased.

I would like to be able to go to level 65.

As for the lower levels getting mad about it... Alot of us have been playing since 2007 and it's BORING... :(
 
It's just going to be a cycle. Notoriety increase, higher bad guys, side quest bored. Notoriety increase, higher bad guys, side quest bored. It's just going to keep on going
