When I was sailing today for the contest I came across this:

I think its a leak in Barbossa's Rainbow-Mojo Barrel...
 
The colors within that 3rd screenshot are so "vivid." Therefore, I am left with the thought on whether this could be something glitchy within the game itself or whether it was manufactured there, by some means.

(Not pointing fingers; just had to 'learn' to question things). :rolleyes:

Well as you can tell, the first two screenshots were taken at night time while the third is taken during the day. Therefore, I'm pretty sure the color change had to do something with the lighting of the ocean, as the ocean is brighter during the day, than at night. My theory is that this is a glitch with something to do with the ocean water itself, similar to how this happens:
