You are correct. I think it's obvious that they can't be looted in the normal manner, the clues say so and the fact that on one has found one that way pretty much proves it. No, I am assembling a list of clues at this point. I've had ideas but they have either not panned out or not yet been tested. None of my ideas has really matched the available clues so I'm trying to get all the clues together and then form a theory. I did start a thread, under weapons, of clues, hoping that others would add to it, but so far no one has replied to it.
 
so what I have thrown together is som deep content, drizzle means light rain, drench means soaking wet. If we look at the geometric alignment of drizzle and drench we can note that drench when facing forward is standing on the left and drizzle is on the right. thus meaning if we look at them like a sentence we read left to write, reading their names tells me that drizzle is giving drench all the good loot so we can confirm drench is soaked with good loot. I think we can confirm this is a case closed ;) thanks tlopo for those awesome new legendaries!

seven new bosses! Six of Davy Jones’ highest ranking men can now be found in Forsaken Shallows and Cursed Caverns. There’s also an all-new ghost boss at the Northern Idol in El Patron’s Mine, Where is the 6th boss in the Shallows and caverns ?
Found it 4 in shallows and 2 in caverns

Well, Henry Dreadhound from The British Empire was using nades, same weapon as Koleniko, and he got the Krakenslayer. Same goes for Quinn Savagerackham from P E A C E Keepers who was using his sword (Puffer blade as he stated), Crash also uses a sword, and he got The Onyx Curse.

Now, I've been trying all kinds of methods with my friends and guildmates. I've been trying to lure Palifico down to the Mood Rock while we were all staying on the rocks and killed him several times.

A guildmate (Tom Deckspinner) and I searched the entire area for clues, came up with theories and such. Why are the bosses able to run after us? Why is Palifico right above the Mood Rock? Why are Crash and Jimmy Legs outside of Forsaken Shallows and why is Cicatriz in the mines, on Raven's Cove? Maybe they have to be killed in alphabetical order? Or maybe the first letters of their names form a certain word / a clue? We also tried using the same weapons as the bosses. Quinn, Captain Archie and I had been looting for DAYS at Jimmy Legs, using different methods and no sign of any new legendary. We might either miss something or maybe the loot drops should be increased? Let me know what you think. :daggermouth:
