How do you get the ostrich hat? I got it in potco but forgot how I did

You get it from a loot drop.

There were a few, 3 from quests - clothing fit for a pirate, adoria's family, and raven cove story quest. There was also one that could be found in loot, 1 from SvS infamy level, and 1 from a peddler outfit. More info here.... http://piratesonline.wikia.com/wiki/Ostrich_Hat

I feel like maybe perhaps a rarer version of the Ostrich Hat could be put in to be lootable if they added the ostrich hat. Just a suggestion though.
