Graphics Problem Other players' ship names are broken?

Not sure if this was a one-time thing, or what, but the ships in "Public" have "DistributedPlayerSimpleShipAI" as their names, yet mine have the correct names given to them.
Also wasn't sure if it was a Graphics Problem or a Glitch.

I saw this happen earlier while a crew we gathered up split up. One person went sailing and this exact name showed up on the crew take off message

Still happening until you board the ship lol
