Are you getting an exact error of some short? How do you define 'format'?

Typically "password format" refers to what is needed for the password to be acceptable. In this case, it needs to be 12 characters long, and have at least one number and a capitalized letter. An easy way to do this would be to use the name of your school and current year, or the name of a school you've attended and the year you started or graduated. I would also throw in some none alphanumeric characters as well.

Use something that only you, not family/friends/facebook/etc would have any idea about, that's how I do it, my best black hat friends can never guess it
