Personal Totems

A personal totem could be earned from a quest or series of quests and could be the very last totem your pirate earns.

It would allow a pirate to set a TP bookmark so they could return to a favorite place.

How often would be in a far-flung part of an island alone and suddenly die? If no one was on to revive you, guess what? You're taking that long walk all the way back.

Or is that giving too much?

I think it would be cool to unlock a quest at level 50 that rewards you with one custom TP totem. Would be a nice little addition to the game!

I really like this idea. A previous game that I played had this feature and it was extremely useful. I agree with the unlock at level 50 as well - it's a nice reward for mastering your pirate!

You would literally have just one personal totem was the idea and you can set once you're in a location. It works until you pick it up or remove it. I can agree to the idea that it's a high level achievement. Especially since travelling to the various locations is part of the challenge.
