I think it's not so much supernatural beings that don't make sense, as they were quite prevalent in the movies, but creatures such as panthers and jaguars do exist, and their habitat is well-known, and well-known to not be on these islands in the Caribbean. It breaks any sense of immersion that the game has when you come across one IMO.

I like your pet ideas, although.. I feel that adding pets like Panthers, jaguars, and tigers would be a bit strange to the game. I always felt that pirates was more of a 'realistic' game. Like I know zombies and stuff are real but thats what pirates already includes. Sorry if it doesnt make sense. Thank you though!

I like the idea of pets but I feel like it should be added a bit later on in the games life after some much needed optimization to cut down on lag a lot its gonna be bad enough with just pirates and enemies. Once the game is more stable though id love to have a little pet monkey or something

I totally agree, no argument. I put it as an idea instead of a suggestion because i felt that a suggestion is more something to improve the game. This is just more of a fun add on for later

I saw in a video of POTCO that there were pet dogs, and pet chickens. I would love to see pets put into the game, they could possibly even fight with you.

Yes, I had a pet chicken I won from some rare loot while helping someone do the Pearl Quest. It was awesome!
