My love for the colts just went from 5 to 0
Peyton is in no way ready to retire yet. He still has a full career ahead of him and although he had surgery it shouldn't affect him to much.

He'll probably sign with the Dolphins now, I've been saying he would go to the Cardinals but he won't go to the NFC so he won't have to have playoff battles with Eli, they wouldn't try and stop each other from going to the SB, so he'll play in the AFC.
It be really funny if the colts somehow got a hold of Eli.

It's sad that Peyton and the Colts went separate ways. He's not THAT old, compared to Green Bay's hero Brett Favre ...so he's still valuable, it's just up to him to find a team that could pick him up to his stardom again.
But I can't blame the Colts for wanting to build a young team, starting over from the bottom, since they ARE at the bottom now. It's been proven that the Colts without Peyton could not do anything much (so it was showing how important Peyton was to the Colts), unless they wipe off everything to the ground and start building a new team.
