Kind of like the ship emblem challenge, except give the players a base or a couple of bases like the ones that are used to make really basic shirts in the game. Let us go in and design what we like and give us some sort of platform to see our design on a pirate body, (all the pirate bodies) and the clothes that would come out would be PHENOMENAL. Make it into a minigame if you like, make it the most expensive thing in the game--but OMG Please let us design clothes. We could do phenomenal things with the clothes models that are already in game, without even making new ones. Just give us a way to do it. Please.
