PLEASE READ: My Unique Bugs w/ Potential Solution

If necessary, I can provide screenshots/gifs/videos for all of thse.

My Bugs
- My gold has been reset to 0.
- All my loot is JUST 1 gold, but upon collecting, I get nothing.
- I can't talk in-game outside of Guild Chat (without using speedchat). [Can only type in Guild Chat]
- I can't add people as a friend.
- I can't join/invite to crews.
- I can't invite to guild.
- I can't launch an SvS ship.


My Solution
I have two accounts.
Lets say it's "TLOPO1" and "TLOPO2".
---
TLOPO1 holds my actual player, GM of Hoist the Colors, with all his bugs.
TLOPO2 is an account I created to talk in Tortuga Abassa.

I have not yet seen ANYONE with the same set of issues and rather than trying to go through some elaborate thing to fix it, could we just take the easy (and faster) way out to do this? Any chance I could get my playerdata moved from TLOPO1 to TLOPO2, get my gold put onto TLOPO2, transfer my beta key over to TLOPO2, then rename the account to my TLOPO1?


Problems because of this
I don't have tonics, I can't buy them or revive anyone. I can't repair my sunken ship. I can't loot anything. I can't SvS. I can't interact or communicate with anyone without extreme difficulty. I can't earn crew XP nor join crews. I can't make any friends. I can't invite anyone to my guild. I can't buy cannonballs, bullets or grenades which makes it difficult to sail whatsoever.

I have made lots of potential gold from grinding while having this glitch and it's really frustrating that I can't have it.

I've seen someone with a similar problem, see if you can find them and see what the solution was

All of those symtoms are symtoms of the same bug, and I received this weird glitch when I retrained my skills

In one single moment, my gold went to 0, nothing awarded any gold not even sailing or repairing minigame, no chat worked, all loot was 0 gold

I contacted the support email and after a few tries they seemed to know what to do, they fixed it for me too.
 
WHICHEVER ONE OF YOU DID THIS, I LOVE YOU! I CAN FINALLY TALK! MY GOLD IS STILL ZERO, BUT I CAN TALK!!!

Well, I still can't even load into any account, no matter what. I've talked to @MMDR super supportive through this.

Here my word, I FACTORY RESET AND WIPED ALL MY FILES, and I still can't log into ANY account.

It's hard when you own a discord server with 400 members and can't play with members, I was hoping it could get fixed sooner and stuff so I could host a discord meet-up, but unfortunately never happened. I know for a fact that my account is glitched, but when I use any other account it worked, but than stopped working 2 days ago. It's on tlopo's end because, like I said I WIPED my entire computer, which lost a lot of stuff.
 
Could be the case of networking (router), not just a computer issue can cause this. Sorry to hear though.

What I would like is a developer to get in a voice chat with me and give me an answer on how to fix the issue or resolve it.

Note: Not saying that the developers don't help. I would just like an answer to why this is happening too me, because I just wait everyday since my account hasnt been working for the past 5 months, due to the 35% glitch, and now it's the 0% glitch.
 
My account has been fixed since I had this error. Not sure why they should voice chat with you in the first place, but if it's not on your end, as you say, then why would they get in a voice chat instead of programming or something?
