Has anyone gotten a legendary from General Hex? I know at least 5 from Devil Root, 3 from Tomas and heard of a couple from Jacques. I personally haven't seen or heard of a legendary from Foulberto or General Hex (nor Timothy Dartan) since the legendary releases in August.

Multiple from Foulberto, myself included, and at least 1 lost sword from General Hex.
 
Well i have easily killed around 250 dry rot and around 500 General Darkhart and have yet to find one. Just luck i guess.
