Yep, I received one of those in the mail many years back as well. Part of the aforementioned Unlimited Access kit.

Indeed. I have that flag as well. I think it came with map(s) of the old islands, too. If I remember correctly, there was also 3D glasses...maybe..not sure on the glasses part though haha.

Aye, I still have my 3D glasses even though they really did not work (at least, I didn't think so).
