Powerful Skill on Weapons

Does anyone know what the attack multipliers are for weapons with the "Powerful" skill? Examples are Pirate Blade, Grand Pistol, Vile Staff, etc. I would like to know how much this skill actually affects attack and what the real number for Attack would be. I want to see how these weapons compare to other weapons at their level

I used to know this. It's like a multiplier buff of some fraction/decimal.
The power of the attack is basically increased by adding the multiple to the regular attack.
A bad example might be an attack power of 10 is increased by adding the product of the equation as follows;
10 + (10*.07) = 10.7 increased attack.
Don't quote me on the actual multiplier, because I can't remember it.

@Bill Mac Jones I've tested out this ability and best best guess is that each Powerful rank increases damage by 4% up to a 12% increase at rank 3. You might like my sword damage guide in the guides and tips forum, it's got lots more information like this.
