Quests Problem with Adoria's Family quest.

Hi, I was dumb and forgot to check my inventory to make sure it wasn't full before I accepted the quest reward for the adventure jacket. Any way I can get the jacket back? I never got it and can't go back for it. I spent all day getting the quest done :/.

Unfortunately, I believe you won't be able to get the item back :/

Many people have been experiencing quest glitches with items they should be receiving. Maybe your inventory was full? =\

Yes, my inventory was full. Though, a-lot of fellow pirates have missed out on quest rewards due to this. Any way to add a drop button to a quest ( I see it, but it doesn't work ) ? or a system where the reward goes into an invisible inventory slot and appears once you trash/clear a slot up for it? I would love to use the drop button, and re-do the whole quest for it .
