There are empty houses by several areas like this (on Tormenta, Padres, etc.) that I wish were filled with something or someone. I check them every time I run by them just in case they were updated.

It certainly looks like good cannon fodder for an update, there are so many possibilities. Of course, it's not a problem and therefore not a high priority.

Also, maybe put scenic views in the windows of the shops and other places we have to go into for quests, etc.
Every one of them has the shutters closed in broad daylight.
It's easy enough to do by taking some relevant screenshots of the various locales and making a layer in the image for the shuttered windows, etc.
Just a thought.
