The link that follows displays how in the current version of PVP there is not debuff after getting a hit on an enemy. At exactly 23s after "Abruptly X" his Zeus you will see a debuff that is causing for the other play "Zeus" to be slowed. After trying out PVP there is no debuff after getting a hit. I don't know if that's due to needing more skill points in the first few combos of the cutlass or what.
