Whenever I get a quest, the light that shows you where to go/who to kill does not show up. It always directs me to Port Royal as well when its a high seas quest.

Even in potco days the tracking of ships seldom worked ...... You could be next to a ship you needed and it didn't track it !
The light is a lie.
