I was recently banned from the game for 2 days for doing... nothing.
After the support team has failed to respond to my inquiries regarding this ban, I am here to ask what this could mean?
I do not see a single thing regarding "Account Error" in the ToS or otherwise, that would prohibit my ability to play the game.
Thank you for taking the time to disclose your issue with us. However, I'd like to let you know that account-related issues are to be resolved with TLOPO Support directly. Sometimes, given the offense (or mistake, yes mistakes do happen), you are automatically informed by e-mail that your account has been suspended. That's an automated process. If you believe that your ban is unjustified, please forward the message back to TLOPO support and one of their representatives will appeal your case.
