Glitch Quests Disappearing From Log After Turning Them In

Hey everyone, been playing recently and I've enjoyed my time coming back to the game, though I've managed to run into a slight problem of my quest just disappearing from my log even though I haven't completed them yet. This has happened with "Dan Ming's Competition" and the "Tri-Barrel Upgrade: Good For Business" quests before I noticed what was going on and stopped turning things in. Is there any work-around for this or am I just screwed over from completing those and future quests now?

same has happend with me, but a little diffrent . first i tryd completing the gernade weapon quest then after that it disappeard aswell with the main black pearl quest, im curious to know whats going on.
 
I was doing the Black Pearl story quest, and I was turning in a quest for Doc Grog and the Black Pearl Quest completely disappeared from my log. Can't find it anywhere and I have no idea how to re-start it. : (
 
My black pearl quest disappeared also. I had just finished a part inside Padre where I had to kill gypsies, slashers and executioners. I finished several upgrade quests for gun, doll, sword and got my staff with no problem. But started working on my black pearl and poof it was gone. I was over half done with it. Also went to Jack to start my Raven's Cove quest because I also completed the potions and fishing that was needed. I talked to Jack and he told me to go to Ned. And then poof!! Raven's Cove quest is gone too. First I completely left game and came back and they were still missing. Then I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it did not help either. This is a serious problem to loose the quests and not be able to get them back.
 
L43 , Just turned in a part for Pearl Quest : Recruit : Giladoga 48 % and poof !! The quest vanished , re logged !! GONE !
 
They already rolled back and fixed many. I think the others they are going to try and figure out the problem to fix it. Not sure. Email support and ask what they will do.
 
I am still missing the Raven's Cove Totem quest but I let support know. I know it is hard to be patient but we will just have to wait till these things are fixed. Hope everyone emails support so they know their problem.

Just in case .... Have you tried speaking with " Crazy Ned " on RC ? All my TP quests where given by him , Not automatically added to journal ....
 
All of us missing the quest have tried Ned a hundred times. For some reason he has not given it to some of us. That would be such an easy solution.
