Ravens Cove quest is already in game. It should activate in your journal when your pirate reaches level 30

@Luna Storm its a known bug for it to dissapear out of people at level 30 and this issue hasnt been fixed for quests

With that being said, if you are one of the many players missing the quest, please contact TLOPO Support: [email protected] so that staff may be able to fix your issue as solutions are found.

@miafff453445 Yes I am well aware that this bug has affected quite a few pirates and would like to add that the TLOPO team are actively trying to find a fix for it .
Unfortunately some bugs are trickier than others and it can take longer to find a fix for them.
As Misha said, If you are experiencing a bug related to RC quest, please send an email to support.
I didn't mention this bug here because the OP asked if RC quest is going to be implemented in game and mentioned nothing of missing the quest at level 30.
