Regarding My Account

Good afternoon, TLOPO Staff.

I believe that I may possibly be banned? I'm not quite sure the issue. However, if you guys could resolve this as I have emailed your Customer Support numerous times and they told me the same thing every time. They'd ask for the email that is associated with the account and the account name, then they'd tell me that they'll work their hardest to solve the issue and I never hear back from them. I've come to the conclusion that I'm banned in some way shape or form or I have the 0% bug that occurred often in the beginning of your beta stage.

When I attempt to login to the game it will load up, so my account itself is not banned. However, when I get to the loading screen it'll load up a little and then tell me that it cannot establish a valid connection to your servers. With this said I've come to the conclusions:

1. I'm hardware ID banned.
2. I'm IP banned.
3. I have the 0% bug.

Although you guys may find it quite obnoxious that I decided to make a Forums post about this, I found that trying to solve the issue by contacting your support email was not solving his issue as I have emailed them numerous times throughout the past year now in attempt to get my account unbanned and nothing has ever been fixed, I've just been told that it will be looked into and then I never hear back. The last few times I have contacted the support email I haven't heard anything back. I find this to be quite strange as I did play when the beta was released and I had no issues. I felt that I created no real issues in the game as a player and didn't make a hassle for your staff. If you guys could look into this and get back to me that'd be great, speaking that I do want to play this game at points but I cannot because I'm "banned" from the only remake at this point in time.

Thank you,
~ Fade

Support needs particular information such as a username that due to security concerns, cannot be posted on the Forums. Because of this, we will not be able to assist you publicly and instead encourage you to email support.

Support rarely evades responding to emails. In the event that it does, it's more than likely because the user refused to carry themselves in a professional manner and turned to threatening or cursing out the team.

Whatever the case may be, we welcome you to send another email. Include your username and a game log. If you did, in fact, send emails that were not responded to, you may inquire us and we will look into it. Keep in mind that our email services are currently down (as attested by the red banner on https://tlopo.com/) so it may take a day or two for us to reply.
