Hi everybody,
We see a lot of threads about the restrictive chat system and the merits of a system akin to Disney's "Open Chat" feature. TLOPO is concerned with keeping the game family friendly and easy to moderate because the game is in a gray area with Disney. With that in mind, the current whitelist-based chat system will not be changing. While the team understands that this is upsetting to many people, they feel it is for the best given the delicate situation they are in. If you find this especially bothersome, I would recommend using an external chat service such as Discord where TLOPO is not liable.
