Question Requirements to find Beta Key?

Since beta keys can be found in game, does the character digging/killing enemies need to be a certain level, or make it through x% of the story missions? I'm currently digging like a madman on a level 3 right now trying to find a key and wanted to make sure I can still find one.

Everyone is eligible to find a Key regardless of level, quests done, or anything else

I think people are starting to use macros or botmakers to farm keys. I saw 6-7 people in a train going back and forth between the same digspots, relogging, then backtracing

Not good. IF this is truly happening, I disagree (with the justification of such choices made/such behavior).

The system that gives out the keys is just too protocol. Too easily abused (sad to say since it's actually helping people play the game)
I think the bots are feeding a beta key seller somewhere

Digging or looting enemies, there's a thread in FAQ about all of this

A friend and myself, both found Beta keys within the past week by digging.
No matter where I was questing or porting, if there was a dig spot, I'd give it a try.
