Reserve playtime Glitch

My brother and I were going to play together for the first time in years....
suddenly after we waited awhile for the time to begin, his playtime said it started 3 minutes ago, and on the game it says gametime starts in 1 hour when we both reserved the same time...
Please help...

Available PlayTimes are listed in the timezone that you have your computer set to. Double check that your computer's time zone matches the time zone that you are actually in and also that your computer's time display is correct. If the those both match, then you will be able to log in at the time you scheduled. If not, you may miss a portion of your PlayTime.

The timezone is fine
it even said that it was at the time that it was, and then said 1 hour later...
Also said it started 3 minutes ago, and then wouldnt work.
